Top management or leadership plays a more active role in the new QMS standard, ISO 9001:2015. It plays the same important role as in running the business and is required to be accountable for the continued effectiveness of the QMS.
Organizations who have started transitioning to use of the new standard have seen the requirements related to top management.
This course further enhances top management’s understanding of integrating the QMS into the business and shows how financial benefits can be achieved thru QMS implementation using the new standard. Effective use of the Balanced scorecard tool in maximizing the benefits of QMS is included.
